1. No refunds
Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable. This includes cases where you do not find a match, stop using WedMeFy, delete your profile, or your account is suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms & Conditions. The only exceptions are listed in section 13 of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancellation
Membership is a one-time payment for a fixed period and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using WedMeFy or delete your profile at any time, but the unused period is not refunded.
3. Non-transferable
A Membership cannot be transferred to another person, profile or account, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
